2. What data we process

• Name, email address, phone number, company name.
• Your answers in the sign-up form (whether you have a business, turnover range, biggest struggle).
• Ad source information (UTM parameters — campaign, ad), if you arrived from an ad.

3. Why and on what basis

We process your data based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) in order to:

• give you access to the Quote Writer;
• send you useful information and offers by email;
• contact you on the phone number you provided about the tool and our services.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact.

5. Who we share it with

Your data is processed by our trusted service providers: Netlify (form processing and hosting), Slack (internal handling of sign-ups) and Meta (ad performance measurement — qualified sign-ups only). We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@sharpify.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
